Finding the Right Therapist for You

Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. No matter how many credentials a counselor has, the most important factor is the connection between you and your therapist. When you feel safe, respected, and truly understood, real growth can happen.

That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation to give you a sense of how I work and who I am.

If I’m not the best fit for you, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who can help. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you feel empowered to begin your journey toward healing.

My Approach to Therapy

In our sessions, we’ll work together weekly or bi-weekly to make changes that are sustainable.

I draw from evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brainspotting to help you navigate challenges, break free from negative patterns, and build resilience.

These methods are not just “tools” but pathways to real transformation, healing, and growth.
